How does the process work from initial inquiry to signing a contract?
Once we receive an inquiry, we ask potential clients to provide a list of tasks or a brief job description outlining what kind of administrative or communication support they’re looking for.
The clearer you can describe your goals and expectations, the better we can tailor our proposal. After reviewing your details, we may schedule a short 10–20 minute conversation to clarify any questions.
From there, we create a custom proposal and pair you with the right AI assistant and support team to meet your specific needs. Every proposal is uniquely written — never one-size-fits-all.

Are your contracts 3, 6, or 12 months long?
None of the above. All Morningstar AI contracts are month-to-month, with the flexibility to cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. This ensures you have complete control without long-term commitments.

How does billing work?
There are no upfront costs. Morningstar AI clients pay a flat monthly rate, not an hourly rate.
Invoices are sent via email in the middle of the month and are due at month’s end. For example, if service begins in March, your first payment would be due on March 31st.
A one-time startup fee is included with your first month’s payment — this fee helps us set up your account, customize your system, and onboard your dedicated support assistant.

Why is there a startup fee?
The startup fee covers the initial time investment needed to build your custom proposal, draft agreements, and set up your profile in our systems. It also accounts for the additional onboarding time typically needed in the first few weeks to ensure a smooth start.
It’s a one-time fee and won’t be charged again, even if you expand your services later.

Every Morningstar AI team member signs strict non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. You can trust that your information will always be handled with the utmost care and integrity.
Clients maintain full control and ownership of their data. Information is typically shared through secure cloud-based platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or any method the client prefers. When needed, remote desktop tools can be used for secure access to specific files or systems. Morningstar AI adapts to your preferred way of working and ensures all data is handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
